The life of cooking and entertaining began for me when I was growing up in my large Greek family, and continues to this day in my highly successful catering and events business.

Lobster Roll Reimagined: Crispy Bread Cone Meets Creamy Seafood Delight!
Nothing screams summer in New England like a lobster roll! I know there are two sides to this, but we prefer ours made with melted butter instead of mayonnaise. To each their own, if you want to use mayo in this recipe it will work just as well.
I start with a pre-cooked lobster tail that I typically buy. However, this can also be made with any lobster you have leftover from dinner or a restaurant. Then, I toss it with melted butter and add it to the bread kone and top it with some chives. It’s so simple!
This might be your new favorite way to serve a lobster roll. Be sure to have salty french fries to serve on the side!

It is middle eastern, Balkan etc. All countries in those areas make some version of this either with nuts or cheese.🎉
People have gotten terribly soft, weak, and ignorant of these simple skills that were second nature to everyone, 3, 4 generations ago. Kids nowadays think pickles were to put on your burger. Pickling was one of the means of food preservation that was required knowledge for survival.

if you do choose to blanch the garlic that will actually prevent the common issue of them turning blue, it is of course only a visual issue but i prefer them not being blue personally

Cooked far too long. 3minutes each side as she says and you end up with tough, chewy squid. Cook squid v quickly or long and slow (umido de calamaria). Thought she said she was an expert
I made this dessert for my grandson who is also allergic to all tree nuts. So, I made it with cheesecake instead of the pudding. And he had never had anything like this before and he absolutely loved it. He’s 17 yrs old and has many, many allergies mostly food, and I was so glad that I was able to make this for him. I had a Greek neighbor who always made us such nice food and desserts for myself and for my children. I absolutely love Greek food and their desserts.❤❤
